Ingredients
- Pumpkin leaves (ugu)- 8 cups chopped
- Waterleaf- 12 cups chopped
- Palm oil- 2 cups
- Beef, goat meat, or snails- 2 lbs
- Stock fish- 1 medium piece
- Periwinkle- 1 cup
- Crayfish- 1 cup ground
- Seasoning cubes- 3 cubes
- Salt & pepper- to taste
Preparation
- Cook meats and stockfish with seasoning.
- Add palm oil, crayfish, and periwinkle.
- Add chopped waterleaf and cook down.
- Stir in pumpkin leaves and simmer briefly.
